One of my favorites- easy to customize and helps keep me motivated! Love that you can see multiple views for tracking progress over time.
I needed to keep track of a protocol lasting different lengths of time. This app worked great for that and then as that goal was complete, I added some daily ones around health. I found it a bit hard to navigate at first and u wash there were sub categories, but all in all, its well worth the price!
Love this app. Totally worth the money and wish I had bought it sooner before wasting my time on other free habit apps that had an unpleasant user experience and were overly complicated. The beauty and simplicity of this app is just want I was looking for.

The concept of a habit tracker or goal reminder on your phone is so appealing that this app ought to be permanent Apple app. I have developed numerous habits and dropped others by using this app. Its simple and intuitive; therefore, supremely usable. This one is the best!
This app doesnt have a ton of features, but what it does do, it does pretty well. If you have a list of stuff you wanna do on a weekly basis (or multiple times per week), you can add them, set the days of the week, and if you want, have it remind you at a specific time. You can do this with your reminders app, but this has a nice calendar for looking at trends in your adherence to the to-dos. Im using it to enforce an intermittent fasting diet routine, and to remind me to work out every morning. It adds just a little bit of structure to the habit - do I need it? Probably not. But if Im motivated enough to pick the habit up in the first place, having a dedicated reminder app for the habit wont hurt, and the extra satisfaction being able to quickly glance back at a chart with stats for how its going is worth the couple dollars.

Very useful. Only thing I want changed is the fact that notifications badge is constantly there everyday. I wish they only popped up when my reminder goes off instead of it popping up at 12am everyday
I started to use Daily Goals several months ago. The app’s elegant, attractive, and powerful interface made it easy to use immediately. The simple idea — setting goals and tracking practice — matches what neuropsychology tells us is effective at building healthy habits. In my case (trying to improve habits around exercise and meditation), using the app had immediate effect, almost doubling the rate at which I accomplished my goals. This app works perfectly as a gentle reminder to complete (and eventually form) good habits. I love the use of icon badges to constantly remind me of what I need to complete by the end of the day! Simplistic and concise! Love it

this app ia perfect. exactly what i need. i dont care about tracking habits over time. i just need a quick way to track my habits throughout the day as a to do list that refreshes on command. perfect! and the visuals are great. pls do a watch version!
Beautiful simplicity. Id love to be able to archive or email the contents, thus preserving past information when I make changes to my list of goals. But the beauty of this app makes it ultimately much more useful to me than any of the other goal apps Ive tried--I continue to use it because it is such a pleasure to look at and work with.
Somedays Im prone to stay procrastinating for hours, but when I open this app I realize I have better things to do. I look forward to finish every day with all the dots colored. Im not too fond of the streaks, and would prefer to know how many times each habit has been done since the start instead. I wish the app would say the average of the time of the day when the habit was done, I feel that once it has been done many times throughout weeks it becomes automatic. Finding out what time of the day that habit is completed would be a big help.
I think this is a good app for a beginner. You can only enter 8 habits. I dont know about you but I need a lot more than eight.
