This app is great

This app has really helped me to address certain habits I wanted to fix. Its simple, elegant, and gets the job done. If I were to add one feature I would love to have geo tagged alerts for habits (I.e. Put away your keys when you get home). Other than that great job!

I really like this app

I really like this app but I want to like it more. It works flawlessly but i do wish there where just a few more function and color choices. For me, this app is so close to a five stars.

Great just needs a little tweet

I love the simplicity of the app and the ability to see real results and progress. I just wish there was a section where you could write notes for each day. So for example, if on Monday you didnt finish a task because you were ill, you could write that down so that down the road youre not wondering "why didnt i do that task that day?"

Habit Forming!

Ive tried a few of these apps that are designed to help you keep track of goals. Hands down, this one has worked the best for me. And I dont even know why, exactly. Maybe its the bright colors, or that its so simple and intuitive. All I know is it works for me, and that makes me happy. If you would have told me a few months months ago that I would have eaten fruit every day for a month, I would have laughed at you. And yet I have done it for even longer than a month. Tis Magic! I dont even mind that its not optimized for an iPad...but that would be extra cool.

ocd and unorganized approved

I like this app a lot. I usually dont like to purchase apps but this one was worth it. Its clean, simple , and easy to use. Works great for me to track daily goals and reminders and I like that it reminds you at a time you set. And it also have a graph that tracks your progress with consistency with your habits over time. Good buy!

Simple: Just what I needed

I just need to build a habit & this app helps me do that. Works well.

Simple and appealing

Ive been looking for something exactly like this to use as a streamlined food journal. I have no interest in standard food diary apps that require entering every detail and datapoint about every bite I eat. I know what healthy foods are, I know what to avoid, I just wanted a visual representation of how Im doing on about half a dozen nutrition goals. Did I eat veggies today? Green. Did I eat pizza or nachos? Red. Did I exercise? Green. This is a great tracking app, very simple and appealing for this kind of high level review. I liked the way each day is organized be rows so that I can put all my "do" goals in the top row and "avoid" goals on the bottom. The only reason its not five stars is there is not at present away to sync across devices but hopefully that is coming soon.

Almost perfect

Love this simple app. The only feature missing that keeps it from 5 stars is the ability to go back and check off habits done in previous days. I dont always remember to check things off every day and wish I could enter them at a later date so my stats would be more accurate. Small complaint - app is still perfect for what it does - track my habits in an elegant, simple format!

Finally!

This app is simple to use on a daily basis, but powerful and flexible. Below Ill discuss daily use, setup, getting feedback on how youve done, how to fix data for a day in the past, the developer, and my wish list for the future. Overall, I recommend this app very highly. Daily use: all habits that are active that day are on one screen. With simple gestures, you can set done/skipped/missed or add a note. The simplicity of this screen was what I needed. Every other app I have tried (and thats a lot) has needed multiple taps or taken off this screen. Note that you need to swipe a habit both left and right to see all the options, such as writing a note or editing the habit itself. Setup: you can choose the color of the habit, which days its active or how many times a week its active, whether theres a reminder, and order on the page. There is no way to set something for more than once a day. Feedback: graphs show % compliance overall or per habit. You cant group them. If you skip a day (rather than miss) the graph adjusts appropriately. Theres also a very nice calendar overview. For 8 habits, it shows done/skipped/missed. This works really well because you choose which 8 and which spot for each. Fixing data: that same calendar will take you to any past date, so you can fix an incorrect entry. Developer: I emailed what I thought was a problem. I got a response within 24 hours. He understood the question and suggested something to try, which worked. Wish list: % compliance graph for all tasks of the same color (ie I use blue for all exercise-related habits), allow #/day for things like drinking water.

Meh

I expected more options for the price. Should be 1-2 not 4 dollars

10/10

Its so simple, so elegant, so uplifting! Out of all similar apps, this is the best one! It has so many features that increases productivity and it keeps track of your history on top of that!

Not worth the money

This is not worth the money. Very simple app, some user experience issues, and really the only appealing factor is the color scheme. Would not purchase again. This should be a free app, maybe with pay-to-upgrade features for data charting

Good App

I like this app! It would be perfect for me if I could create groups for my habits.

Great app to help build habits

This app has really helped me establish some great habits that Ive been wanting to do for years. I tried several other to do apps, but decided to use this one due to its simplicity and functionality. The interface works really well and it allows you to check items off very simply once completed. My one recommendation would be that it would be nice to have a widget in the Notification Center to make it even easier to check off habits, but it still has worked great for me and I would definitely recommend it.

As innovative as Google!

Google became huge by offering a simple search box when other filled the screen with advertising. DAILY GOALS is focused and fantastic at helping you zero in on what you need to get done. Im not at 100% yet but the attractive colors and simple design lures me to get closer.

Almost Perfect

I was searching for a new habit-tracking app, because one I adored had been abandoned by its developer a couple of iOSs ago. This one is the best Ive found for my needs. Its very easy to use, offers eight colors that are handy for grouping, has the ability to make notes for each goal, and even has some features that my old app didnt have, like the ability to mark a goal as skipped. This prevents the skipped day or days from being counted in results metrics. While I suppose this opens up a loophole for cheating, youd only cheat yourself, and its dead handy if youre out of commission for a few days. I do miss being able to indicate multiple completions of a single behavior over the course of a day; for example, instead of creating a prompt for "Drink a Glass of Water" eight times a day, which clutters up the list, or a single one for "Drink 8 Glasses of Water", which is rather daunting, it would be nice to have one goal that you could tap a counter for each time you perform the behavior. The other feature I miss having, and that would probably be easier to add, is the ability to designate a goal for completion every other Tuesday, or once a month. The addition of either of these features would warrant a 5-star review. However, as it stands, this is a great little tool if you (like me) respond to colorful, easily set up checklists.

Simple but functional

Ive used this app for over a year now. It has helped track important habits and tasks. I chose this app over others because of the view. It allows a quick colorful overview of whats completed and what still has to get done. And tapping the little colored circles is very satisfying. Cons: I wish it allowed you to swipe between days while youre in the daily view. Also wish it had a cloud backup ability separate from iTunes. My kids deleted the app once and I lost my data. I didnt want to restore my whole phone contents so I just started over. Finally, I wish it allowed more flexibility in back dating old completed tasks. That way the back up feature wouldnt even be that important.

I need sync and backup the data to icloud

And support apple watch

Thanks

Simple and quick to use, no clutter in interface. The app just take1.6 MB. been looking for a good habits app for a while.

They listen and come through

I was look in for an app just like this. I read the reviews and some of the comments and suggestions people had about the app were taken into consideration and put in the app which I found by surprise today . I already thought the app was good but then I found these improvements. Great job. Possible cool idea: make the dot on app icon similar to those within the app
